Dry fish recipes

 1. Dry fish with red Indian Spinach


Required ingredients
1. Dry fish
2. Red Indian Spinach
3. Potato
4. Onion
5. Chilli
6. Garlic
7. Ginger
8. Mustard oil
9. Turmeric
10. Salt

Take 10 g of dry fish (small sized) and soaked it into water for 1hour . Make small pieces of potato and spinach (take according to your measurements). Put the mustad oil into a hot pan then give turmeric in the hot oil. Then fry onion , ginger, garlic, chilli. Then fry the soaked dry fish till it get redness. Then put the spinach and potato with the fish to fry. Give salt into the mixture according to your taste and mix it well and fry it and keep it at a low flame for 1/2hour. Done your yummy dry fish will be teady after 1/2hour.

2. Dry fish with bringal




Required ingredients
1. Dry fish (small or big size)- 20g
2. Bringal -1/2 (make small pieces)
3. Carrot-1/2 piece (make small pieces)
4. Onion-2
5. Ginger
6. Garlic
7. Mustard oil
8. Salt
9. Ghost chilli
10. Green chillies
11. Tezpat-1
12. Cinnamon
13. Potato-1(make small pieces)
14. Turmeric

 
At first soak the dry fish in hot water keep it for 1 hour and after 1hour drain the water and wash fishes with some cold water and keep it. Heat your pan and put mustard oil there. Wait until the oil get heated well. Then put turmeric into the hot oil. After that put the onion, garlic, ginger paste, chillies, tezpat  into the oil and fry it until it gets redness than put the dry fishes into the oil and fry it well for 10mins. After the fishes get fried put the bringal, carrot, potato into it then fried it well upto 20mins at low flame. Done🥳🥳
