Easy and Healthy steamed vegetables receipe

 


This is vegetables dish was prepared by steaming. It has carrot, onion, garlic ,ginger , peppers, ghost chillis, and mustard spinach. This dish is really very tasty and healthy too. You must try it once.

To make this dish you just have to cut all the vegetables of small size and then take a large saucepan and heat it. Put water into it. Take a smaller saucepan or bowl which can be fitted in to larger saucepan. Put all the vegetables and other ingredients into the bowl . Also put some salt as per your taste, powdered pepper and paste of ginger into it. Atlast put the bowl into the saucepen containing hot water. Heat it in a low flame for 1/2hour. Your dish is ready.
