Brinjal Sabji recipe

 1. Brinjal with Cauliflower







Ingredients.

1. Brinjal-1- cut into small pieces

2. Potato-1-cut into small pieces

3. Cauliflower-1/2-cut into small pieces

4. Onion-1- chopped

5. Ginger- paste-1/2 teaspoon

6. Chilli-2

7. Mustard oil

8. Salt

9. Turmeric powder

First in a hot pan put some mustard oil as per your own choice. Put onion and chillis into the hot oil. Add turmeric powder and fry it well until it gets redness. Then the brinjal, potato and cauliflower add to it and fry it in a low flame for 20mins and cover the pan. Done your brinjal veges are ready to eat.

If you want some gravy into it than put 10-15ml of water into it and kept it for boil upto 5-10mins. Don't forget to put salt as per your taste.

2. Brinjal with carrot and potato

Ingredients.

1. Brinjal-1- cut into small pieces

2. Potato-1medium size-cut into small pieces

3. Carrot-1/2-cut into small pieces

4. Onion-1- chopped

5. Ginger- paste-1/2 teaspoon

6. Green /red Chillis-2/3

7. Mustard oil

8. Salt

9. Turmeric powder

First in a hot pan put 3spoon of mustard oil. Put onion and dried red chillis into the hot oil. Add turmeric powder and fry it well until it gets redness. Then the small pieces of brinjal, potato and chopped carrot add in to it and mix it well and fry it in a low flame for 20mins and cover the pan. Done your yummy brinjal sabji is ready to serve.
