Assamese style fish recipes

Ingredients: 1. Curry leaves (make grind it well like paste)

2. Fish 

3. Garlic (make paste)

4. Ginger (make paste)

5. Green chillies 

6. Onion (make paste)

7. Tomato (make small pieces)

8. Salt and turmeric 

9. Mustard oil 

10. Coriander leaves

Method: At first heat the pan and put some oil and heat it. Fry the fish well. In another pan put curry leaves paste following by adding of garlic, ginger, onion paste mix it well and heat it on a low flame. After 5 minutes put tomatoes, chillies into it. You can add turmeric powder if you want but it is optional. Now add a cup of water into it and heat it in a low flame. Add salt according to your taste. Boil it all for almost 10 minutes. After 10 minutes if needed add some more water and then add the previously fried fish into the curry leaves curry and boil it in low flame for 10 minutes. At past add chopped coriander leaves. Youre curry leaves fish curry is ready to serve.
